Indoor Cycling at AeroMax has just gotten even better with the introduction of 6AM sessions - perfect for the "early bird" exercisers or those keen for fast fat loss.
Continuous cardiovascular exercise, such as indoor cycling, sustained for at least 30 minutes, will burn body fat no matter when you do it. However, if you want to get the maximum benefits possible from every minute of weight loss exercise, then you should consider getting up early and doing cardio before you eat your first meal - even if you're not a "morning person."
Here are some of the benefits of an "early bird" workout:
- Fat loss - working out on an empty stomach will burn more fat calories because your carb reserves are almost used up. That causes the body to turn to fat stores for energy first.
- The "afterburn" efftect - fat is continuously burned at an accelerated rate after the workout because an intense session of cardiovascular exercise can keep your metabolism elevated for hours after the session is over.

Indoor Group Cycle has long been seen as a great program to improve your cardio fitness and tone and shape your lower body, but now trainers are understanding how you can substantially increase your metabolic rate and hence fatburn with regular sessions of Indoor Group Cycling.
AeroMax provides a variety of morning and evening Indoor Group Cycling sessions to meet every personal fitness and experience level.
CYCLE xps sessions are 30 minutes and focus 60% of training time on fatloss zones and 40% cardio training zones. These sessions are great for beginners and intermediate participants or anyone who needs a quick yet intense session.
CYCLE sessions are our most popular with a 45 minute duration and focus 60% of training time on cardio fitness zones and 40% fatloss zones. These sessions are most suitable for fit beginners, intermediate and advanced participants.
CYCLE plus sessions are similar to CYCLE with an abs core strength component added to the end. These sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
MEGA CYCLE takes Indoor Group Cycling to the EXTREME with a full 60 minute session of intense cardio fitness and strength training. Not for the faint of heart, we keep these sessions for special occasions so check the calender for upcoming dates.
