Yoga returns at the new time of 6:15pm Friday to help you finish the working week relaxed and ready for a busy weekend.
YOGA will help you to feel connected and whole. With strong influences from Hatha and other traditional Yoga practices, this class will convey a feeling of balance achieved through the use of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control). Yoga involves a combination of surrender and effort and is ideal for those seeking good health and fitness, relaxation and release.
YOGA is on every Friday at 6:15pm. Casuals welcome.
