Personal Training sets the focus to get the results you want fast. Each session is structured to achieve your personal goals in a fun, interesting and motivating way.
Your one-on-one coach will support and encourage you, assist with safe skills and technique, motivate you to achieve your best, provide the latest in training and nutrition information, make each session varied to alleviate boredom and keep you on track with constant monitoring.
Club Members have the option of adding regular sessions to their club membership making Personal Training affordable and convenient. Choose sessions to sit your budget and need from approximately every 8 weeks to every day.
Available for Club Members and Guests in single, 5, 10, 15 and 20 packs of half or full hour sessions with Group Personal Training also available.
