Leaving Club Member Feedback
We understand that for most people, life and circumstance are constantly changing. Changes including address, employment, health and other major events may make it necessary to leave AeroMax. We believe this is an ideal opportunity to ask for honest feedback about how well we have performed.
We asked our leaving Club Members to rate the performance of our Reception Team, Trainers, Instructors, Programs, Information, Club Facilities, Value For Money and Overall Performance.
Over 98% of respondents rated us having 'met' or 'exceeded' expectations, and an astounding 66% rated us on average having exceeded expectations...NOBODY'S PERFECT!
