Cycle Welcome back Cycle to Mondays at 6am.

Take on the terrain with your inspiring AeroMax coach who will lead you through hills, mountain peaks, speedy flats and help you work through interval training. It's a given that indoor cycling will increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips and bottom.

It's simply the best way to start your day!

Cycle sessions are also on Tuesday at 6:45pm, Thursday 6pm, Friday 6am, Saturday 10am and Sunday 10:30am.

And welcome back to Circuit!

The ever popular Circuit returns on a Friday morning at 9.15. Combining exercise variety with high fat burn training makes circuit an total body tone session.

Other benefits of circuit include increased energy levels, increased strength, fitness maintenance and improve general fitness.

Circuit sessions are also on Wednesday 6am.

 
Yoga, Rounds Out The Week Print

Yoga returns at the new time of 6:15pm Friday to help you finish the working week relaxed and ready for a busy weekend.

YOGA will help you to feel connected and whole. With strong influences from Hatha and other traditional Yoga practices, this class will convey a feeling of balance achieved through the use of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control). Yoga involves a combination of surrender and effort and is ideal for those seeking good health and fitness, relaxation and release.

YOGA is on every Friday at 6:15pm. Casuals welcome.

 
Learn Taekwon-Do Print

New and 'exclusive' to AeroMax in 2010 is Taekwon-Do for beginners to experienced of all ages.

Anyone can benefit from and enjoy training in the art of Taekwon-Do. It offers a fantastic range of benefits, both physical and mental, which can enrich your life in many ways. Some students simply enjoy the keep-fit aspects of physical training, whether it be kicking targets or basic movements. For others it’s the invaluable knowledge and confidence which comes from self-defence training.

Our classes are formal but friendly and beginners to experienced students are always welcome. Training sessions include a combination of the following elements;

  • Warm-up and Stretching
  • Strength and Fitness Training
  • Fundamental Movements
  • Patterns
  • Power and Target Training
  • Self Defence
  • Non Contact Sparring
  • Cool-down


Exercises are mainly practised alone therefore the body sets its own limits and injuries are rare. Each student trains according to their own ability and goals.

Sessions are available: Monday 7:00pm to 8:00pm,  Friday 5:30pm to 6:30pm

 
Kids Gym, It's Back! Print

Now that the kids are settled back into the school routine we bring Kids Gym back onto the Group Fitness program.

KIDS GYM is a 60 minute session for kids aged 6-12. Physical activity incorporating games and basic fitness combinations to bring MOTIVATION, FUN and FITNESS to our kids’ weekly routine. This truly is a FUN way to build your child’s confidence, self esteem and fitness.
