Learn Taekwon-Do

New and 'exclusive' to AeroMax in 2010 is Taekwon-Do for beginners to experienced of all ages.

Anyone can benefit from and enjoy training in the art of Taekwon-Do. It offers a fantastic range of benefits, both physical and mental, which can enrich your life in many ways. Some students simply enjoy the keep-fit aspects of physical training, whether it be kicking targets or basic movements. For others it’s the invaluable knowledge and confidence which comes from self-defence training.

Our classes are formal but friendly and beginners to experienced students are always welcome. Training sessions include a combination of the following elements;

  • Warm-up and Stretching
  • Strength and Fitness Training
  • Fundamental Movements
  • Patterns
  • Power and Target Training
  • Self Defence
  • Non Contact Sparring
  • Cool-down


Exercises are mainly practised alone therefore the body sets its own limits and injuries are rare. Each student trains according to their own ability and goals.

Sessions are available: Monday 7:00pm to 8:00pm,  Friday 5:30pm to 6:30pm
